Refund Policy

1. Digital service

This is a digital service delivered immediately upon successful payment. Once access to the platform is granted and the assessment process begins, the service is considered fulfilled.

2. Your right to cancel

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital service within 14 days. By proceeding with the purchase and accessing the service, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately and consent to waiving this cancellation right.

3. Refund requests

If you believe you have been charged in error or have not received access to the service, contact us within 7 days of payment at hello@internationalesltd.com and we will investigate the issue promptly.

4. Non-refundable situations

Refunds are not issued where the service was successfully delivered and accessed, or based on dissatisfaction with the assessment result.
